Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy. You must raise a replacement request within 3 days of receiving your item.

Replacement is available only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video (unedited, clear, showing the package being opened) as proof of damage.

The product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Once inspected and approved, we will ship a replacement.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds once a product is delivered.

Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours. (Bank processing time may vary.)

Important Note
Always record an unboxing video while opening your package. Damaged product claims without video proof will not be accepted.
